Shipping

1. When an order is placed and it clears your credit card companies bank then we get authorization. Then we setup the order for shipping, check the stock, then we print a packing slip and pack it for shipping. We ship once a day between 1 PM and 4 PM Monday-Friday.

2. It Takes about 1 minute - 2 hours after the order is made, all depending on the bank some foreign banks take the longest, we wait for banking authorization in the form of an email, then we print packing slip, and we pack it. If its after 2 PM we ship it the next business day. If the order is made on the weekend after 12 pm Saturday we ship it on Monday.

3. Recently we decided to send all orders out with a tracking number for every shipment. When buy a product in our store or place a mail order it is shipped using priority mail which comes with a tracking number. If you do express mail that also comes with a tracking number and you have to sign for it. If your outside the USA your order is international shipping that also comes with a tracking number and you must sign for it as well.

4. The list of nations that we ship to is very large but there are places that we can not guarantee one is Africa, some places in the Middle East, some places in south east Asia, China as well, and some countries in South America. But if you place an order in the online store and you can select your country then we can ship there.

5. We can never tell how long it will take for an order to reach a customer because it depends on the area where you live and where the mailing center is in relationship to your home. The Postal Service does update the tracking information everyday so we suggest that you always track your item to get the latest information on where your order is at, this is the best way to keep up with your orders shipping. Priority Mail is suppose to take 3 days but the USPS says it may take 3-7 days. Express is next day but the USPS says it may take a little long if the recipient is outside of the mailing center. For example if you live outside of the Atlanta's mailing center it may take a little longer to get to the suburb. You always get more information at www.usps.com International orders are tracked by the local government Postal Service with the same tracking number that was send to you in an email. For example if you live in the UK then you would use Parcel force in japan you use Japan post in Canada you would use the canadian postal service. 6. Signing for your order is a good thing but you don't always have to sign for the order. If you placed your order with US shipping only then it will come priority mail which is just a tracking number but if you spend more then $35 you must sign for it, and that includes Express Mail, and International Mail, and soon all orders will require that someone sign for it so make sure you track it and either you or someone you trust is there when it comes.

Online Store

1. Yes, our web site is very safe. All transactions are encoded when you place the order it is sent in an encoded message to your credit card company. We can't see your card info all we get is the order number and the name with the last four numbers of the credit card used. This is done for our clients protection against fraud. We are completely safe.

2. Yes, we do accept credit cards issued by banks none as debit cards. These cards work but some banks don't allow for transactions done on the internet with a debit card, if you do have a problem trying to place an order online in our store, please call your bank and check to see if they can help. In the past our clients just had to tell their bank to allow internet transaction, then the bank would setup the debit card for transactions over the internet.

3. In most cases you have to use your billing address as your shipping address. The reason why is credit card companies can protect their cards better if the person ordering the item gets it at home (the billing address), that way the bank knows the card holder ordered the item and signed for it. Our service provider wants us to do the same to guarantee and verify that the shipment was received by the credit card holder that is why we require that all shipments must be signed for by the card holder at home (the billing address). This process protects us all.

4. The CVM number, 3 numbers, for Visa and Mastercard, appears on the back of your credit card in the signature section it's the last 3 numbers after the last 4 numbers of your credit card. This number is used to prove the the credit card holder is placing the order.

5. After you have filled out the first page of your order form in the online store you click "continue". On this next page, first you select the type of credit card your going to use for the transaction, then you select the type of shipping you wish to use, the default is International shipping, click on it and you will see a drop down menu, make your selection, and your ready for the last page in the ordering process.

6. Once you've added item to the shopping basket you may want to remove some items. Look on the top menu and select basket contents. On this page to the left of the items you will see a remove button, for each item in the basket, click here to remove any items in the basket.

7. If your attempt to use your credit card is stopped and marked invalid address you need to call your bank and verify that they have.

DOWNLOADS

1. To get the Quicktime download of any of our DVD's first you'll need to have Quicktime on your computer, if you have Safari as your browser, or iTunes on your computer, or your using an Mac computer then you have it if you don't just use this link to get it http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/ Once you pay for the download in our online store you will get a download link emailed to you when you get the download it will be a text file, a letter with the download codes, a link to the page with the download, and more info on which browsers are best to use and how to save your quicktime file.

2. You'll need Quicktime on your computer, if you have Safari as your browser, or iTunes on your computer, or your using a Mac computer then you have it, if you don't then you need to download it to view the video, to get it just use this link http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/

3. A link is emailed to you when you access the link you'll get a text file with the codes, the page to link to for your download and all the info you need to have a successful download experience. If you need help just call us at 718 715 4652 or email us as soon as possible.

4. Yes, you can view all our videos in your iTunes library, just go to your iTunes menu and select "add to library" iTunes will copy the file and add it to your library.

5. The DVD downloads are large files, some are over 1GB so let the file download finish first then try to open it. If your having problem it could be the download speed of your internet connection make sure that you can download at least 5MB per second and up, make sure that your using the right browser, Safari or Firefox we do not support Internet Explorer for downloads.

RECORDING SCHOOL

1. All lessons that have been uploaded to the Sample Kings Recording School remain in the school always. We never delete a lesson we just keep adding more over time. This is done to let new and older members have a chance to review and check on the proper technique used in any lesson. The Sample Kings Recording School is Online all the time everyday so you can review at any time no matter where you are in the world all members world wide have access.

2. Membership in our Sample Kings Recording School is for just 1 year after which time your membership will automatically end. If you wish to sign up again you will need to register again. Presently membership is only for 1 year at a cost of $60 for the year.

3. Lessons are mainly in video form, we instruct thru a video presentation using close-ups and wide screen views to teach. The files are in quicktime file format so you will need to have quicktime on your computer. We do have graphics for some lessons on cables and how to use them and for some software instructions. We also have quite a few DVD's in the school that are placed into lessons for some techniques like the Art of Sampling, How to Play Hip Hop keys, How To Make A Beat, for example.

4. Your credit card will never be recharged for the next years membership, the charge is 1x (once) for the time that you join. Membership is for just 12 months no more no less.

5. Each month we upload about 10 lessons a week. They range from recording vocals to how to get a record deal to picking the right studio for mastering, and any update on software like a new upgrade. We also send out a newsletter about what's new in the school so you never miss any new information from us and all lessons are always in the school.

6. We don't have any personal instructors that you can call but we do run an active email service in the recording school and we will from time to time call you if need be or respond with an email. In September of 2008 we will introduce a special membership where you can get personal help but membership will be limited.
